


Complaint
Complaints about the mechanical damage of the Goods arising during transport will be considered subject to writing a complaint report. In this case, the customer should immediately inform the seller about this fact via e-mail to the address: administracja@securityexpert.pl, and then expect feedback confirming the fact of advertising the goods (in connection with damage caused during transport). After confirmation, send the goods back to the company's warehouse address: Security Expert sp.z o.o.: Ul. Grabiszyńska 231 e/f, 53-234 Wroclaw.
The returned goods must be accompanied by an invoice with a completed complaint form.
The store does not accept any parcels sent COD.
The store, within 21 days from the date of receipt of the parcel with the goods complained about at the latest, will respond to the complaint and inform the customer about further proceedings. If the complaint is accepted, undamaged goods will be sent back to the customer. If this is not possible (for example, due to the exhaustion of the stocks of goods), the Store will return to the Customer the equivalent of the price of the goods or offer him other goods available in the Store to choose from. The costs associated with sending back the advertised goods are returned by the Store after the complaint has been approved.
The statutory liability of Security Expert under the warranty for defects in the Good is excluded between the Parties.
Security Expert does not accept returns of products purchased in the Online Store.
